Delivery Timeline
Service delivery timelines are outlined at the start of each engagement and vary based on project scope. Clients receive a kickoff call, a written summary of deliverables, and regular updates throughout the engagement. Project start dates are typically within 5 business days of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service during your first month, you are eligible for a full money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of your initial payment.

After the first month, refunds are not generally issued, as our services are custom-built and time-based. However, we are committed to resolving any concerns and will make reasonable efforts to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project or subscription at any time by contacting us at jeet@applygpt.com. For monthly retainers, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Any work completed before cancellation will be delivered in its current state.
